Our Recruitment Process

Here’s a step by step guide on what you should you expect when you work with Airton Solutions to recruit your next employee.

 

1. Understand

Here we will take care to understand your business, the role requirements and person specification.

In each case, we will endeavour to meet all stakeholders in a face to face setting to better understand the business culture and therefore “person fit”.

2. Consult

Once we understand your requirements, we will be in a position to share insights into areas such as skills availability and salary benchmarks for the role.

Furthermore, we will also make suggestions on the best methods of candidate attraction.


3. Solution

No two recruitment assignments are ever the same.

Following our discussions we will agree a bespoke talent acquisition strategy, to incorporate a blend of sourcing methods best applicable to your vacancy.

4. Timescales

We work in a structured, definitive and transparent way ensuring that results are delivered in a fixed period of time.

Project timescales will be agreed and adhered to throughout the entire process.

5. Assess

We will assess candidates against your exacting requirements, utilising psychometric profiling if agreed.

One thing often overlooked in the search phase is work ethic!! We will work hard to ensure that no stone is left unturned…


6. Shortlist

We make considered submissions based on the agreed candidate credentials.

Presenting to you shortlisted candidate CV’s along with a tailored candidate report and psychometric profile if required.

 

7. Interviews

We will facilitate interviews and subsequent feedback sessions.

If required, we are able to support your interviews via on site representation, along with helping to construct competency based questions that are applicable to the role.

8. Offer

A critical step, with foundations of success being built on forming strong candidate relationships.

We aim to deliver a positive outcome for both parties; managing financial expectations and doubts that sometimes emerge at this stage.


9. Referencing

We will reference your potential employee fully to cross check the conclusions we have come to ourselves in the hiring process.

 

 

10. Liaise

We firmly believe that the recruitment process is an extension of your on-boarding process.

Our communication with candidates continues until their start date and beyond as they embark on their new career.
